TradieSync is run by TRADIESYNC LIMITED, New Zealand. These terms are a plain-English summary for the Auckland launch. Have them reviewed before you rely on them in a dispute.

Customers can post a job for free. A job must be a genuine request for trade work. We can mark a listing as spam or remove it.

Tradies pay a lead fee, shown before checkout, to unlock one job’s customer details. The fee is for the introduction, not for the work itself. More than one tradie may unlock the same job. You deal with the customer directly. TradieSync does not employ you and does not guarantee the job is as described.

A refund, if we agree one, is processed by an admin. Once a payment is refunded, the customer’s details are hidden from that tradie again. Joining is free. There is no subscription in this version.
