Privacy notice

TRADIESYNC LIMITED collects the details you type into a job: your name, mobile, email, suburb and description, plus any photos. The job listing that tradies browse does not include your name, mobile or email. Those sit in a separate record. A tradie can read them only after they pay to unlock that job. Admins can read them to run the service, remove spam and process refunds.

Tradie accounts store a name, email, mobile, business name and the trades and Auckland areas you cover. We email you when a new job matches. Payments are taken by Stripe. We keep the amount, status and Stripe reference so a payment can be matched to an unlock, and so a refund can hide the contact details again.

This notice is written for the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. To ask for a copy of your information, or to correct it, email admin@tradiesync.co.nz. The first market is Auckland. The database can hold other New Zealand regions and Australia later; those markets are not open.
